1. Are the bikes in stock? How long does the shipping take?
Yes, all our e-bikes are in stock and ship directly from our U.S. warehouse. Orders typically arrive within 2–7 days nationwide. Once you place your order, you’ll receive real-time shipping updates.
2. Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Our headquarters is located in Irvine, California, and we offer local pickup by appointment. Simply choose “local pickup” at checkout and contact us to schedule a time.
3. Do I need a license or registration to ride your e-bikes?
In most U.S. states, no license or registration is required to ride our electric bikes. However, we recommend checking your local regulations for confirmation.
4. Do your e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 1-2 year manufacturer warranty that covers key components such as the battery and motor. For support or warranty claims, contact our customer service team.
5. What is the typical range per charge?
Our long-range batteries can take you up to 25–40 miles on a single charge, depending on the model, terrain, and riding conditions. Check each product’s specifications for more detail.
6. Are your e-bikes easy to maintain?
Absolutely. We design our e-bikes to be low-maintenance and built to last. With high-quality components and modular construction, you’ll spend less time on repairs and more time riding. We also provide maintenance guides and customer support if needed.
7. Do you offer installment plans or flexible payments?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards and work with selected finance providers to offer installment payment options. Available plans are listed during checkout.
8. Do you have a physical retail store?
We don’t have a retail storefront at the moment, but all of our orders are shipped quickly from our California warehouse in Pomona. Customers near Irvine, CA can also schedule local pickups or test rides by appointment. A physical showroom may be launched in the near future.
