Thank you for choosing Echorider. We are committed to providing high-quality electric bikes and customer satisfaction. All of our products come with official factory warranty coverage.

Product Warranty Period
Frame & Structure 2 Years
Motor / Controller / Electric Parts 2 Years
Battery 2 Years or 300 Charging Cycles (whichever comes first)
Accessories & Other Components 1 Year

What is Not Covered

Warranty does not apply to the following situations:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper installation

  • Crash, fall, external impact, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear parts (including brake pads, chains, tires, grips, etc.)

  • Modification using non-original parts or unauthorized repairs


Warranty Claim Process

  1. Provide valid proof of purchase and product photos

  2. Contact our customer service team

  3. Once confirmed, we will arrange repair or replacement accordingly

Please note that warranty service requires the product to be returned to us before replacement or repair, unless otherwise agreed.
